Return and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us before returning your product by sending an email to support@neweleven.co. After your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be sent to the card used for the purchase. Please note that shipping expenses for returns are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of your purchase.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please kindly send us an email at support@neweleven.co.
