This is a lovely ornament with a beautiful sentiment. It’s more of an off white color than a bright white. The cardinal perched on the lead in to the letter “w” is a lovely adornment.
Although it’s a lovely ornament, it’s not without flaws. The hole from which the ribbon is attached is lower on the ornament than shown and slightly interferes with the wording. As you can see in the photo, the word “will” is a little distorted by its placement near the hole.
One of the pictures in the advertisement shows a lovely bow where it is attached to the ornament; but there isn’t actually a bow on the ornament. And if you want to tie one there, you’ll need to replace it with a longer ribbon because the one on the ornament isn’t nearly long enough to add a bow. The ribbon itself is very thin so I’ll probably replace it with a wider one and add the bow so it looks more like the picture in the advertisement.
If the ornament looked like the advertisement it would be a 5+ star rating but it doesn’t. I’ve included a picture of both the advertisement and the actual ornament received in my review. I only deducted one star because it is lovely but if the differences shown are a problem for you, you’ll want to pass on this one.
